I have been using RCP daily for several months and it has changed the way I am able to build my database of existing clients and potential new clients. The ability to apply a tag, specific to each contact in the database gives me the confidence to following up and market to the correct contacts in bulk.
I have 3 businesses and each has it’s own enquiry form, all created in RCP and embedded into my website, newsletter and shortcut key on my mobile phone. Once they are submitted by a potential client, all of their details are automatically compiled into my database on RCP. This is a real time saver and it gives me confidence that nothing is being missed.

We recommend starting with 1 main idea of what you need, then growing from there.
You either pay in advance for the month ahead or you pay for a year in advance. You can leave anytime before the next billing cycle. No contracts, you are only using for the period you have paid for.
Neither was I. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve. That’s why we guide you the whole way. We don’t like the idea of dumping you with this Superman of software theme leaving your to figure it out for yourself. That’s why we have the set up call. We will make sure you have it operating before you finish. Plus all the support and training helps you make the most of it.
What? You don’t want to jump in head first? You want to dip your toes in the water and give it a try before you buy? Sorry. We value YOUR time and money too much for that. You see with many trials, you get it on whim then don’t have time to actually set it up to do the the thing you bought it for, then the month is gone and you are charged for something you don’t now how to use.

For EVERY account we work with we will spend time with you getting your system customised to your requirements including getting your calendar taking appointments, sending your first emails and scheduling your first post.
